Services and Scope
VPN83 provides international routes and network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, covering 90+ countries / 230+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes and connection methods are listed in the user panel. Regional coverage does not mean every area offers the same route types.
This service provides network connectivity. It does not include accounts, memberships, or content licenses for external websites. External platforms determine their own regional policies, access conditions, and feature changes. A VPN83 subscription does not grant eligibility to use those platforms.
Account and Subscription Use
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are all you need. Keep your login and subscription details secure, and do not disclose or transfer them to others. If you notice an unfamiliar login or a leak of subscription details, change your password promptly and contact support through a ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices online at the same time. This is intended for the account holder's personal use across multiple devices and does not authorize resale or sharing with others. Do not rent or transfer your account, publicly distribute subscription details, or package the service as another paid offering. Unlimited devices do not mean unlimited bandwidth or data; use remains subject to the data allowance of your selected plan.
Billing and Refund Terms
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. When you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Check your selected billing method and order amount before paying.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Submit your request through a user panel ticket and include the relevant order details for verification and processing. You do not need to explain your experience or give a reason for the refund. Do not include your account password or complete subscription details in a ticket.
Refund requests, verification, and progress updates are handled through tickets. These terms do not impose a data-usage percentage or connection-count threshold, and do not guarantee a specific processing time for funds to arrive through the payment provider.
Acceptable Use
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in the regions relevant to your use of the service, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. Do not use this service for unlawful conduct, including fraud, violating another person's privacy or intellectual property, distributing illegal content, or accessing systems without authorization.
Do not send spam, launch network attacks, disrupt other users' connections, or abuse network resources through automation. You are responsible for your own use and any content you publish. In response to a relevant complaint, VPN83 may investigate and apply restrictions where reasonably necessary. You may explain your situation through a ticket.
Availability and Scope of Liability
Connection quality depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, and the status of the destination platform. VPN83 does not guarantee that any route will remain available, deliver a fixed speed, or always provide access to external platforms. Maintenance, route changes, and force majeure may cause temporary interruptions. Updates will be posted on the website or in the user panel.
VPN83 follows a no-logs service policy. See the Privacy Policy for details on information handling. This service does not replace device security measures or backups of important data. Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited or affect rights you have under the law.
Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
VPN83 may suspend a connection or terminate service, depending on the circumstances, for accounts involved in unlawful use, resale or sharing, system attacks, or ongoing disruption of the service. Where urgent risk control is needed, restrictions may be applied first, with an explanation provided through the user panel. If you disagree with the action, you may request a review by submitting a ticket. Such measures do not automatically remove any refund or other rights you are entitled to by law.
When service rules change, this page will be updated and the month shown above will be revised. Material changes affecting billing, refunds, or usage rights will be announced on the website or in the user panel and will not retroactively reduce the benefits of orders already in effect. If you disagree with a change, you may stop using the service going forward and discuss any outstanding matters through a ticket.
